Yes. You can enter your engraving in any language and script. Simply copy emojis and symbols such as ♡ ∞ ☆ ✞ ॐ into the engraving field; on a smartphone, you can also use the emoji keyboard. Please note: special characters are not engraved in color.

Processing: 1 business day – in our studio in the heart of the Palatinate, we carefully engrave every piece of jewelry by hand.
Shipping: 1–3 business days within Germany, express 1 business day.

Yes, within 30 days of receipt. We’ll exchange personalized items or refund you with a store voucher. You can return non-personalized items in their original condition and packaging; you cover the return shipping costs. Defects are covered by our 2-year warranty: email us at service@otanto.de.

316L stainless steel – nickel-free, hypoallergenic, waterproof, and tarnish-resistant
925 silver – hallmarked and durable

Thanks to high-quality gold plating, our pieces are water-resistant or even 100% waterproof.
