Doesn’t fit or you don’t like it? Return your jewelry within 30 days of receipt—in its original condition and packaging.
Step 1
Register a return - email us at service@otanto.de with your order number.
Step 2
Pack the jewelry in its original condition and packaging.
Step 3
Send the package to Otanto, Dr.-Hans-Wolf-Platz 1, 67069 Ludwigshafen.
Step 4
Receive a refund within 14 days of receipt, using your original payment method.

How long do I have?
30 days from receipt of your parcel. Just let us know within that period, then send the parcel within 14 days.
Can I return engraved or personalized jewelry?
Yes, within 30 days. Personalized pieces such as engraved bracelets or name necklaces are made just for you, so we’ll exchange them or refund you in the form of a store credit. If your jewelry has a defect, our 2-year warranty applies.
What condition must the jewelry be in?
In its original condition and packaging. Otherwise, returns are unfortunately not accepted.
Does returning it cost anything?
As part of our fair pricing and sustainability model, we do not offer free returns. You are responsible for the return shipping costs; where applicable, they will be deducted from your refund.
When will I get my money back?
Within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse - via the payment method originally used.
My jewelry has a defect. What should I do?
Write to us at service@otanto.de, describe the defect, and send us your order number and a photo if possible. All jewelry is covered by our voluntary two-year warranty, in addition to your statutory rights.
